Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Bonnie & Saks, we take great pride in delivering finely crafted products with utmost care. To ensure a seamless experience, we partner with trusted logistics providers for the safe and timely delivery of your orders. Please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth delivery process:


Delivery Timeline

Delivered within 7-10 working days from the date of order.

Note:
 Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not considered business days. Delivery timelines may be affected by natural calamities or unforeseen circumstances.


Delivery Guidelines

  1. Ensure an authorized person is present to receive the order at the shipping address.

  2. Share any relevant delivery instructions with our Customer Care team.

  3. Our delivery executive will coordinate with you using the provided contact number.

  4. Orders will be delivered to your doorstep for ground-floor locations. For high-rise residences, delivery will be made to the society or main gate. Please arrange for further movement. (Please confirm this Bonnie)

  5. Acknowledge receipt of delivery by signing the delivery receipt.

In rare cases, we reserve the right to cancel orders due to issues with shipping addresses, including restricted or inaccessible areas. You will be informed promptly in such cases.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Bonnie & Saks, we uphold a No Cancellation/No Exchange/No Return policy, except in cases of genuine manufacturing defects.

Important Notes:
  • Products purchased are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless a manufacturing defect is identified.
  • Upon delivery, inspect your order and report any visible damages or defects on the Goods Receipt Note or Challan.

Eligibility for Exchange


You may request an exchange if your purchase meets the following conditions:
  1. The product has a manufacturing defect or damage.

  2. You notify our Customer Care team within 24 hours of delivery.


Steps to Report an Issue:

  1. Contact our Customer Care team via:
  2. Provide the following information:
    • Order number
    • Delivery address
    • Description of the issue (include clear photographs and/or videos of the defect or damage).

Our team will investigate the issue and respond within 48 working hours.

Note: Delivery personnel are not authorized to unpack the product.
