Delivery of Orders

At Bonnie & Saks, we take pride in delivering carefully crafted products to bring comfort and luxury to your home. Our logistics partners ensure a smooth and hassle-free delivery experience. To align with our commitment to quality, we encourage you to participate in the delivery, return, and exchange processes as outlined in our policies below.

Delivery Guidelines

Once your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive a notification from our team. Expected delivery timelines are as follows:

Orders will be delivered in 7-10 working days after the order is confirmed.

To ensure a smooth delivery process:

  3. Coordination: Our delivery executive will contact you via the phone number provided.
  4. Delivery Point: Orders are delivered to the ground floor or society gate for high-rise buildings. Arrange for further transport if required. (Bonnie please confirm this)
  5. Acknowledgment: Sign the delivery receipt upon successful delivery.

 

Note:

  • Deliveries may be delayed due to natural calamities or unforeseen circumstances.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders in specific situations (e.g., inaccessible locations, communal-sensitive areas). You will be notified of any such cancellations.

Order Safety and Packaging

  • Your order is packaged to ensure safe and secure delivery. We aim to deliver your selection with utmost care and attention to detail.

  • Each product is Hand-checked before being packed. If we send an incorrect order, then we will exchange it. 

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellation

We strive to maintain the highest standards in delivering quality products. However, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases of genuine manufacturing defects or damages during delivery.

Steps to Report a Defect or Damage:

  • Inspect Upon Delivery: Open the package immediately upon delivery and inspect the product.

  • Report Damage: If any defects or damages are noticed, document them on the Goods Receipt Note or Challan.

  • Contact Us: Notify our customer care team within 24 hours of delivery with the following details:
    • Order number
    • Delivery address
    • Description of the issue
    • Photos/videos of the defect or damage

Your purchase may qualify for an exchange only if:

  • The product has a genuine manufacturing defect or damage.

  • The defect or damage is reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Once your exchange request is verified, we will guide you through the next steps to ensure a resolution.
